LiveX AI Inc. ("LiveX AI," "we", “us” or "our") offers an AI-powered platform that features various user tools. These include Chatbot, Search, QR Connect, Voice AI, Avatai, SMS, etc. This Privacy Policy describes how LiveX AI processes personal information that we collect through our digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy, including our website and social media pages, as well as our AI-powered Chatbot service, marketing activities, live events and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

Automatic data collection. We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Service, our communications and other online services, such as:

If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to honor your request.

If you do so, the agent must present signed written permission to act on your behalf and you may also be required to independently verify your identity and submit proof of your residency with us. お客様が当社に提供する情報。本サービスその他を通じて当社に提供され得る個人情報には、以下が含まれます。

連絡先データ：氏名、電子メールアドレス、請求先・郵送先住所、役職、会社名、電話番号。
プロフィールデータ：本サービス上のオンラインアカウント作成にあたって設定するユーザー名とパスワード、略歴、写真・画像、ソーシャルネットワーク上のプロフィールへのリンク、関心・嗜好、当社のコンテスト・プロモーション・調査への参加に関する情報、ならびにアカウントプロフィールに追加したその他の情報。
家電データ：本サービスの利用時にプロフィールへ追加または言及する家電・電子機器のブランドや型番。
住宅データ：住宅保証・保険情報、住宅サービスの履歴、不動産評価情報。
コミュニケーションデータ：本サービスを通じて当社へ連絡する場合、チャット機能・ソーシャルメディア等を介した当社とのやり取りに基づくデータ。
取引データ：本サービス上または本サービスを通じての注文を完了するために関連する、または必要な情報（注文番号、取引履歴を含む）。
マーケティングデータ：当社からのマーケティングコミュニケーションの受信に関する嗜好、そのエンゲージメントに関する詳細。
ユーザー生成コンテンツデータ：写真、画像、マニュアルその他の文書、音楽、動画、会話テキスト、コメント、質問、メッセージ、著作物、その他本サービス上で生成・送信・利用可能化するコンテンツまたは情報、および関連メタデータ。メタデータには、コンテンツがいつ・どこで・誰により収集され、どのようにフォーマットまたは編集されたかに関する情報が含まれます。キーワード、地理・位置情報、その他類似のデータなど、ユーザーが自ら、または付与させる形で追加できる情報も含みます。
支払データ：取引完了に必要な、決済カード情報または銀行口座番号。
プロモーションデータ：コンペティション、プロモーションへの参加や調査の回答時に共有される情報。注：本サービスを通じた懸賞、コンテスト、景品提供に参加する場合、当社は、当選の有無の通知、本人確認、適格性の判断、景品送付のために、お客様の連絡先データを求めることがあります。状況により、景品の選択など応募手続に追加情報が必要な場合があります。懸賞・コンテストは任意参加です。参加ごとに、ルールや関連情報をお読みになることを推奨します。

第三者サービス：本サービスへのログインやアカウント連携に使用するソーシャルメディア等の第三者サービス。アカウント設定に基づき、ユーザー名、プロフィール画像、その他当社に提供され得る情報が含まれます。
結合情報は、当社からのコミュニケーションの際に利用され、関心や閲覧行動に基づくパーソナライズされた広告・プロモーションコンテンツの提供を含みます。これらは「お客様の選択肢」に記載の方法で随時オプトアウトできます。

自動的なデータ収集。当社、当社のサービスプロバイダー、ビジネスパートナーは、以下のように、お客様・お客様のコンピュータまたはモバイルデバイス、本サービス・当社コミュニケーション・その他のオンラインサービスとの経時的な相互作用に関する情報を自動的に記録する場合があります。

デバイスデータ：OS の種類・バージョン、製造元・モデル、ブラウザ種別、画面解像度、RAM・ディスクサイズ、CPU 使用状況、デバイス種別（電話・タブレット等）、IP アドレス、固有識別子（広告目的の識別子を含む）、言語設定、携帯通信会社、無線／ネットワーク情報（Wi-Fi、LTE、3G 等）、都市・州・地域などの一般的な位置情報。
オンライン活動データ：閲覧したページや画面、滞在時間、アクセス前に閲覧していたウェブサイト、ページ間や画面間の移動経路、ページや画面上での行動、アクセス時刻・継続時間、当社メールを開封したか・リンクをクリックしたか等。
位置データ：お客様が（当社モバイルアプリ／本サービス）によるデバイス位置情報へのアクセスを許可した場合。
コミュニケーション相互作用データ：当社のメール、テキスト、その他のコミュニケーションに対するお客様の反応（例：メールの開封・転送の有無）。これは、メール内に不可視で埋め込まれることのあるピクセルタグ（クリア GIF とも呼ばれます）を用いて行う場合があります。

他者に関するデータ。当社は、ユーザーが友人や知人を本サービスに招待できる機能を提供する場合があり、招待の送付のために招待先の連絡先詳細を収集することがあります。相手の許可なく当社に紹介したり連絡先を共有したりしないでください。

トラッキング技術

クッキー等の類似技術。上記の自動収集の一部は、以下の技術により行われます。

クッキー：ウェブサイトがユーザーのデバイスに保存する小さなテキストファイルで、ユーザーの閲覧活動を記録し、サイト内での送信内容、設定、ログイン状況を記憶します。当社サイトで使用されるクッキーには、セッション終了時に削除される「セッションクッキー」、より長期間残存する「永続的クッキー」、当社が設定する「ファーストパーティクッキー」、当社の第三者ビジネスパートナーやサービスプロバイダーが設定する「サードパーティクッキー」があります。クッキー等は、訪問に関する情報（i）利用状況データ（閲覧ページ、滞在時間、クリックしたリンク等）、（ii）デバイス情報（IP アドレス、ブラウザ種別、OS など）、（iii）個人データ（提供された場合、メールアドレス・電話番号等の連絡先）を収集するために用いられます。

連携先第三者サービス：ソーシャルメディア等の第三者サービスでログイン、またはアカウント連携する場合、当該第三者サービスと個人情報を共有することがあります。第三者による利用は、当該第三者のプライバシーポリシーおよびお客様のアカウント設定に従います。

専門アドバイザー：当社に専門サービスを提供する上で必要な場合の弁護士、監査人、銀行、保険会社。

当局その他：上記「コンプライアンスと保護」の目的で必要・適切と誠実に信じる範囲での法執行機関、政府当局、民間当事者。

事業譲受人：実際または予定の事業取引（出資、資金調達、新規株式公開、事業・資産・株式の全部または一部の売却・移転・合併等）に関連して、相手方候補やその助言者に対し、一定の個人情報を開示する場合があります。倒産・破産・管財等においても、事業資産の一つとして個人情報が第三者に移転される場合があります。

お客様の選択肢

情報へのアクセス・更新。本サービスで当社にアカウント登録している場合、ログインのうえ、一部アカウント情報を確認・更新できます。

コミュニケーションの配信停止。マーケティング関連メールは、メール下部の配信停止・退会手順に従うか、当社への連絡により停止できます。停止後も、サービス関連等の非マーケティングメールは受信する場合があります。

当社からのテキストメッセージを受信する場合、当社からのメッセージに STOP と返信することで、以後の受信を停止できます。1-888-495-5092 宛に STOP とテキスト送信することも可能です。

クッキー。多くのブラウザで、クッキーの削除・拒否が可能です。設定手順は各ブラウザの案内に従ってください。初期設定ではクッキーが有効な場合があります。クッキーを無効にすると本サービスが正しく動作しない場合があります。ブラウザに設定済みのクッキーの確認・管理・削除方法は www.allaboutcookies.org を参照してください。画像の読み込みを無効化することで、ウェブビーコンの機能を抑止することもできます。

画像／クリア GIF のブロック。多くのブラウザ・デバイスで画像の読み込みを停止できます。各ブラウザ・デバイスの設定手順をご確認ください。

広告に関する選択肢。以下の設定・ツールで、関心に基づく広告への情報利用を制限できる場合があります。

情報提供の辞退。特定サービスの提供には個人情報が必要です。必要・必須と指定した情報を提供いただけない場合、当該サービスを提供できないことがあります。

連携第三者プラットフォーム。ソーシャルメディア等のアカウントで本サービスに接続する場合、当該プラットフォームの設定で当社が受領する情報を制限できる場合があります。第三者プラットフォームからの当社のアクセス権限を取り消しても、既に受領済みの情報には適用されません。

関係会社、ベンダー・サービスプロバイダー、法執行機関、事業取引関係者へ開示します。地元法により認められ、適用除外に従う範囲で、個人は以下のプライバシー権を有する場合があります。

当社の個人情報処理についての知る権利（お客様から収集した特定の個人情報の開示を含む）。
個人情報の削除を求める権利。

本人確認。無断のアクセス・変更・削除から保護するため、開示・訂正・削除のリクエスト前に、認証情報による本人確認をお願いする場合があります。アカウント未保有、または不正・悪意の疑いがある場合、追加の個人情報や居住証明の提示を求めることがあります。本人確認ができない場合、リクエストに応じられません。

処理への異議：お客様の状況に関連する理由に基づく、当社の処理に対する異議申立て。

本プライバシーポリシーの変更
