Super Bowl week is one of the largest live events in the United States.
National brands. Global media. Millions of fans moving across the host city.
At the Moscone Center Fan Experience, LiveX executed a full-scale enterprise AI hologram deployment—designed for impact, reliability, and real-time interaction in a high-density public environment.
The scale and performance of this activation established LiveX as the leader in AI hologram deployments for real-world, high-traffic environments—demonstrating that the AI hologram engagement layer can operate as the next generation of monetizable infrastructure across both physical and digital channels.
Eight devices. Continuous operation. National visibility.
Total Interactions: 30,455
Selfies Generated: 14,000+
Social Impressions: 1M+
CSAT: 4.75 / 5.0
Event: Super Bowl Fan Experience
Venue: Moscone Center, San Francisco
LiveX Devices: 8 AI hologram units
Operating Window: 40+ hours
Security: Homeland security (SEAR) Level 1
For LiveX and the sporting world at large, the Super Bowl deployment stands as the most technically and logistically complex deployment of physical AI to date. This was a production-grade deployment operating inside one of the country’s highest-visibility and most tightly secured environments.
With the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) designating Super Bowl LX as a Special Event Assessment Rating (SEAR) Level 1 event—LiveX had to prove that it could align with the strict privacy and security standards of the government as well as private organizations involved in the event. The LiveX team complied with strict credentialing, background checks, and software and hardware security requirements in order to operate on site, and passed all assessments without a hitch.
In order to inspire those incredible fan reactions and effectively meet the high level of engagement volume from the crowds, each LiveX device had to be equipped with the right features:
Capabilities: Live AI conversation and fan engagement workflows
Interaction Modes: Natural voice + touch interface
Languages Supported: 140+
Content Engine: Real-time AI responses + dynamic selfie generation
Concurrent Engagement: Up to 12 participants per unit for group selfies
Deployment Model: Enterprise-grade, edge-enabled infrastructure operating over wired Ethernet connectivity and standard commercial AC power.
The LiveX AI holograms operated as a fully interactive fan engagement layer throughout the Super Bowl Fan Experience. Fans could speak naturally with the holograms, receive real-time responses, navigate the venue, explore Super Bowl programming, and generate custom AI-powered selfies within seconds.
Each unit supported multilingual interaction, simultaneous group engagement, and continuous throughput during peak crowd density. The system maintained low-latency response times while delivering personalized, conversational experiences in a loud, high-traffic environment.
This was not static content or pre-scripted animation. It was live AI operating in the field—handling thousands of conversations and media interactions in real time across one of the nation’s largest events.
Seeing 30,000 engagements and over 14,000 selfies across just eight devices speaks volumes about the engagement and impact of the experience. It was amazing to witness so many smiles and genuine interactions.

At this scale, AI holograms present new engagement and monetization infrastructure. The same interaction layer that drives conversation and selfies can support sponsored experiences, paid brand placements, affiliate commerce, premium digital content, ticketing integrations, data-driven audience insights, and performance-based advertising models.
Together, these results mark a shift from activation to operating system—AI holograms functioning as scalable engagement infrastructure that can generate measurable revenue in live, high-density environments.
